These terms and conditions apply to all orders made on Nes Home. Please read them carefully. You must be 18 or over to order goods from this website. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes made will commence on the date they are posted on this site.

Purchasing Goods

You will have an opportunity to check your order and correct any errors on the checkout page before confirming your order. Processing and acceptance of your orders are made when your payment is processed. Any email regarding your order is sent to you to notify you that your request has been received; this does not in any way indicate that your order has been accepted. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your order has been accepted and ready for delivery. Nes Home reserves the right to require more information related to your order before accepting it. Please check that your order and details are correct to avoid a delay in the delivery of your goods. We advice that you check your item to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase before you begin installing your goods.

Description of Goods

The descriptions, images, product specifications and dimensions on our site are to give you a general description and a size guide for the products. Our images are carefully prepared so that it matches the product descriptions; however the physical product may differ a little in comparison to the image shown, therefore the images of the products should only be used as guidance as to what it looks like.


All prices include VAT. Nes Home reserves the right to change its prices. We aim to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, however price and availability of products is subject to change without notice. If there is an error in pricing, you will be contacted to inform you of the correct price and ask whether you would like to continue or cancel your order. We will not sell any goods at the incorrect price. If your item is not in stock we will aim to get it in stock for you promptly, or give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Any offers (i.e. reduced prices) on our products are for the specified time only, and we are entitled to change these offers at any time. Payments for accepted orders during this specified period will be the same price as the offer.


Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and cheque/money order. You must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been received.


All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from the site at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, you will not be charged and we will give you a full refund if you have already paid for the goods that have been withdrawn from the site.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver most products within 2-5 working days. We offer £2.99 for next day delivery (to mainland UK) on small items in zone 1, if the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Take a look out our delivery page for full delivery information and delivery prices relating to delivery within your zone. All delivery dates quoted are only provisional, and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. On very rare occasions parcels may go missing or undelivered, or for any other reason you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering, please contact us and allow us to carry out the investigation. If an item is out of stock then we will contact you informing you of the new expected delivery date, therefore we advice that you do not book a fitter or prepare any work until your goods have been delivered. If an order cannot be successfully completed due to the purchaser being unable to accept the goods on the date agreed, then a redelivery charge may apply. Goods ordered over a weekend or public holiday may be extended to a later date, and we will contact you to arrange a convenient date. Delivery to English Island, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland incur an additional postage charge of £15.00 for standard Economy Delivery. Post codes affected by this are below:

All courier deliveries require a signature; please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your delivery at the address provided to us. In the unfortunate circumstances that you miss the courier's delivery attempt, you will have a card posted to let you know that delivery has been attempted. The card will contain information regarding contacting the courier to arrange redelivery or a depot collection. The courier will attempt delivery twice, after the second attempt the courier will hold your goods for 5 working days, if you fail to contact the courier within that time your goods will be returned to us. When parcels are returned to us undelivered, we are charged by our courier. This charge will be passed on to you or deducted from any refund requested. After delivery of the goods, please ensure that they are checked by you. If there are any problems then please contact our customer service team. As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the delivery date of the goods, and the delivery costs and safe return of these products must be at the customer’s expense via a trackable courier and within a reasonable time scale. During the time that the goods are within your procession, it is your responsibility to take care of the goods, and that they are in acceptable returning conditions. In the case of returning faulty goods, then we will meet the cost of the return. On their safe, undamaged return the items will be processed for a refund. If the goods are returned as unwanted or incorrectly ordered, a £10 administration fee will be imposed. (Shipping charges are none refundable). Providing the items have been returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging, all refunds are processed within 14 days. All refunds are debited from our account immediately but can still take up to 5 working days to show up in your account due to bank clearing processes. Please note, all goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse then this will void any warranty and goods will be returned to you with no refund or replacement issued.

Nes Home Guarantee

All goods are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you find the product to be unsatisfactory, as well as a 10 year warrantee from the date of purchase, for faulty products only. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition maintenance of products, if needed, is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you have.

Nes Home products come with a 10 year guarantee, except for shower heads, bath and basin tap cartridges, shower valve cartridges and shower accessories e.g. LED shower heads, hand held shower, hose and bracket which come with a 1 year guarantee and radiators which come with 15 years guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

This guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for public use, outdoors or in a corrosive environment.

This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

Privacy Policy

Nes Home keep customer information confidential and do not disclose details to third parties other than when order details required for orders are being processed. In this case, the third party processing your order will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.


Nes Home does not warrant the information and materials on this site to be accurate, complete or up to date. We cannot guarantee that use of the site is free of risks that can be damaging. Nes Home are online bathroom retailers and not expert plumbing engineers, so may not be able to offer technical advice relating to installation of products. All technical enquires should be with an expert in the related field.
