Timings

All of our orders are scheduled to be delivered Monday - Friday only.

When is my order shipped

Only orders placed before 2pm will qualify for the next working day. After 2pm then the order leaves us the followig working day.

Standard delivery is 2-3 working days for stocked items.

Upon Arrival

Please inspect your goods carefully upon delivery. If you suspect any damage, sign the delivery note as 'Goods Damaged' or reject the delivery. We are not responsible or unable to arrange replacement for damaged goods that have not been signed for as damaged.

Delivery Instructions:

1. Your order will be delivered to the kerbside of your property only.

2. The driver is not insured to take goods inside your property.

3. Therefore, we strongly recommend that at least two able-bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.

4. In the event of a failed delivery, an additional charge will apply for either re-delivery or cancellation. This charge will be billed to the customer. This also applies to next-day deliveries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the next working day after the order has been processed.

5. Please do not arrange for an installer to be on-site until after the goods have been delivered and checked. We will not cover any abortive installation costs if items are damaged in transit or deemed unsuitable for any reason.
