Very disappointed with the customer service, and especially with the delivery service.
Because of my work, I have a very busy schedule and I did need to change the delivery date. I understand that this can sometimes make things more difficult, but I found the whole delivery process extremely inflexible and unnecessarily stressful.
I live on the second floor with no lift, and I had specifically agreed beforehand that the order would be brought up to my home. Instead, the very heavy bathroom items were left on the ground floor, even though I obviously could not carry them upstairs myself.
What disappointed me most was not only the lack of flexibility, but also the attitude and the way the delivery was handled. I found the manner quite rude and unhelpful, and the items were simply left downstairs despite what had previously been agreed.
I was so unhappy with the overall service that I decided to return the order. Even arranging the return involved several emails, and I was then told I would have to pay around £50 if I wanted the items collected.
Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on the service I received, I would not recommend this company.
